Who we are
EleVint (“EleVint,” “we,” “us”) provides B2B software for winery brands, destination operators, and custom crush facilities. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit www.elevint.co, request a demo, or otherwise interact with our marketing site and related services. Product accounts (D2C, ERP, hospitality modules, and agents) may be covered by additional terms in your customer agreement.
Contact: hello@elevint.co.
Information we collect
- Contact and demo details you submit (name, email, phone, company, role, and notes about your operation).
- Communications when you email us, chat or speak with Shelby on the demo page, or join a scheduled call.
- Usage and device data typical of web analytics and hosting (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser type, referrer, and timestamps).
- Cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site, remember preferences, and understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use information
- Respond to demo and sales inquiries and schedule meetings.
- Operate, secure, and improve the marketing site and booking flows.
- Send transactional messages related to demos you book (email and, when you provide a number, SMS).
- Send optional product updates if you join our newsletter; you can unsubscribe anytime.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use demo-booking content to train third-party foundation models unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Sharing and processors
We share personal information with service providers who help us run the site and demos (for example hosting, email, SMS, calendar, analytics, and AI voice/chat infrastructure), under contracts that limit use to providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legitimate business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution—then delete or de-identify it when practicable.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use caution when sharing credentials or sensitive business data over email or chat.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@elevint.co and we will respond as required by applicable law. If we decline a request where permitted, we will explain why.
Children
Our marketing site and products are directed to business customers, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
